Christopher L. Huber
Christopher L. Huber is a principal of ALR Properties Company, the property management arm of Adams LaSalle Realty. Chris manages the acquisition of institutional for-rent multi-family assets as well as overseeing their day-to-day operation. Over the past several years, Mr. Huber also managed the conversion process for over fifteen condominium conversion projects in California. Previously, Chris was a Managing Director for Kennedy Wilson Properties and their predecessor firm, Heitman Properties. His responsibilities included acquisition due diligence, property management oversight, construction management, and disposition management. During the period from 2000 to 2005, Mr. Huber’s activities included the acquisition, rehab and repositioning, and sale of over 3,500 units in Southern California.
Prior to Kennedy Wilson/Heitman, Mr. Huber was a Regional Manager for JMB Properties Company. His responsibilities at JMB included management of over 15,000 residential units in Dallas, Denver, Oklahoma City, San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco and the Silicon Valley. Mr. Huber has experience in all areas pertaining to multi-family assets including acquisition, development, lease-up, rehab, adaptive re-use, financing and disposition.
