Erik C. Gould

Managing principal of Adams LaSalle Realty. Previous to Adams LaSalle, Mr. Gould formed Kestrel Capital, Inc. which served as general partner of investment limited partnerships focusing on equities in the real estate and financial services industries. Prior to Kestrel Capital, Mr. Gould was employed by JMB Realty Corporation where his responsibilities included providing legal counsel and structuring and reviewing transactions and agreements in connection with a $1.5 billion portfolio of office, industrial and retail properties. Mr. Gould began his career as real estate counsel at Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell LLP (formerly, Lord Bissell & Brook).

Mr. Gould graduated from the University of Chicago Law School in 1986 and received a BA in political science from Georgetown University in 1983.
