Peggy E. Vicens
Director of Portfolio Management at Adams LaSalle Realty. Her responsibilities include the underwriting, due diligence, and closing of the investments; and asset managing all aspects of the investments, as well as overseeing the disposition process. Ms. Vicens was previously Vice President and Portfolio Manager of Heitman, where she was responsible for reviewing and approving all strategic investment, financing, disposition and operating decisions for two commingled real estate funds, various separate account clients and joint ventures with an aggregate investment value of approximately $1 billion. Property types included multi-family, retail, industrial and medical office properties.
Prior to her position with Heitman, Ms. Vicens was an analyst with JMB Institutional Realty Corporation where she was responsible for the development of annual strategic business plans, hold/sell analysis and real estate valuations. Ms. Vicens received a BS in accounting from DePaul University in 1991 and is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
